Rainbow Fruit Popsicles (Edit recipe)

These rainbow popsicles are five layers of yogurt, each blended with a different fruit — strawberry, clementine, pineapple, kiwi and a blueberry-blackberry mix — so all the colour comes from fruit and nothing is dyed. The one rule is patience: pour about a fifth of the mould, then put it back in the freezer while you blend the next layer. Pour them all at once and you get a muddy brown popsicle instead of stripes. Overnight in the freezer to finish.
