This Korean Beef Is David's favorite recipe and every single time he sees me grabbing ground beef from the freezer he does a happy dance and says "Korean Beef tonight?" The flavor is so incredible and and it comes together in no time! So many options how to serve this too! Over cauliflower rice, baked sweet potato rounds to make sliders or even over stir fried veggies! No matter how you serve it I promise you will coming back to make this one over and over again!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix in a small bowl, coconut aminos, onion, garlic, ginger, date puree and chili pepper flakes and set aside.
  2. Brown beef in sesame oil and drain liquid.
  3. Whisk arrowroot into coconut aminos mixture and add to pan stirring in well.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and sauce is thickened.

Notes

Can actually use 1/2 cup coconut aminos for a milder flavor.
