  1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and lemon zest.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pipe into a greased donut pan.
  6. Bake on 350* for 12 mins.
  7. Let cool 5 mins.
  8. For glaze, mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice and a pinch of lemon zest. (Or just top with lemon finishing sugar!)
  9. Drizzle the glaze overtop of the donuts.
  10. Enjoy!
