- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and lemon zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pipe into a greased donut pan.
- Bake on 350* for 12 mins.
- Let cool 5 mins.
- For glaze, mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice and a pinch of lemon zest. (Or just top with lemon finishing sugar!)
- Drizzle the glaze overtop of the donuts.
