Low Carb Cilantro Lime Rice
This cilantro lime rice goes great as a side dish, in salads or with any meal you just want some cilantro lime rice with! Comes together in 10 minutes making it the perfect busy night side dish.

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, juiced, or 2 tbsp lime juice

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cumin, Ground

- Heat olive oil in a skillet and then add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute
- Add the cauliflower rice, lime juice, salt, cumin, and pepper. Stir for 3 to 5 minutes, until cauliflower rice is soft.
