Frozen Yogurt Popsicles
Made from just a few simple ingredients, these Frozen Yogurt Popsicles are an easy, high protein sweet treat! With 12 grams of protein per popsicles, these frozen yogurt popsicles are sure to be your favorite summer treat.
Ingredients
- 10 Tbsp10 Tbsp10 Tbsp Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto, divided

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, I used sugar-free

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add two tablespoons of chocolate chips to 5 popsicle sleeves.
- Place sealed popsicle sleeves into 1 cup of hot water. Let sit for 1 minute until chocolate is melted.
- Lay each sleeve flat and use your finger to press the melted chocolate up the sleeve until entire sleeve is coated in chocolate.
- Whisk together yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add to a piping bag.
- Pipe yogurt mixture into popsicle sleeves, dividing evenly amongst each. Use fingers to squish yogurt mixture down to bottom of sleeve as needed.
- Place popsicles into freezer and freeze for an hour.
- Let defrost for 5 minutes, then open and enjoy!
