These honey mustard potatoes are covered in a honey mustard sauce and baked in the oven.  This easy side dish is paleo, gluten free and dairy free!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oil, mustard, garlic and oregano.
  3. Mix in potatoes.
  4. Spread potatoes out on your greased baking sheet.
  5. Place the potatoes in your preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Flip the potatoes, then cook for 15 more minutes.
  7. Remove potatoes from oven and drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with flaked salt.
  8. Serve with more True Made Foods honey mustard for dipping!
