Honey Mustard Potatoes
These honey mustard potatoes are covered in a honey mustard sauce and baked in the oven. This easy side dish is paleo, gluten free and dairy free!
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Yellow Potatoes, cubed
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey Mustard - True Made Foods

- 4 cloves4 cloves4 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Fresh, chopped*

- 0.50.50.5 Lemon

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, mustard, garlic and oregano.
- Mix in potatoes.
- Spread potatoes out on your greased baking sheet.
- Place the potatoes in your preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes, then cook for 15 more minutes.
- Remove potatoes from oven and drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with flaked salt.
- Serve with more True Made Foods honey mustard for dipping!
