Maple Almond Butter Cookies (Paleo)
These cookies are super fast to make and loaded with fall flavors of maple, caramel, almonds, and cinnamon. Georgia Grinders created the most amazing maple caramel almond butter, I had to create a perfect cookie to showcase the flavors. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Maple Caramel Almond Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir until blended.
- Using a medium ice cream scoop place 8 cookies on sheet about 3” apart.
- Slightly press the balls down using the backside of a measuring cup, until they are about 1/2” thick.
- Bake for 10 minutes, let cool for 6-8 minutes before moving.
Notes
You can use regular almond butter if you don’t have maple caramel, but if you have a chance to use this flavor definitely try it. You can add 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips if you like.
