- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Make the topping: Mix melted butter and walnut butter together in a small bowl until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, stir together oat flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the butter mixture and stir until clumpy and no longer dry. Place in the fridge to chill.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl (or your baking dish), combine apples, berries, lemon juice, sugar, oat flour, and cinnamon. Mix until everything is well combined. Transfer to an 8x8-inch (or similar size) baking dish.
- Sprinkle the topping all over.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. The filling will thicken more as it cools.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
