Mixed Berry Cheesecake Brownies
I LOVE a combined 2 in 1 dessert like this. I mean you can choose a brownie, OR a slice of cheesecake, OR HAVE BOTH 🙌🏻
Gluten free and made with only wholesome ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Otto's Naturals Paleo Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, Or my sweet potato brownie recipe**
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Swerve Granular (sugar substitute), Or organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make your brownies per instructions. These only required avocado oil, eggs, & vanilla
- -Pour into 8x8 dish
- -Use a hand mixer to combine cheesecake ingredients together until creamed. Pour overtop brownie layer and carefully spread to cover the edges
- -muddle frozen berries on stove top over low-med heat, strained to use just the juices
- -pour juices in a line across cheesecake layer, then use a toothpick to swirl the berry purée
- -Bake at 350 for 35min
- -Allow to cool 20min, then place in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cutting in
- -Enjoy!
