Lemon Cake Pops (Edit recipe)

My kids saw cake pops at the store the other day and immediately said a one in one. I told him I can make it better at home! we used a lemon cake mix for this recipe, however, a vanilla cake mix would work perfect perfectly and is the most loved by kids!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix your cake mix together just as the box says to. Pour into a cake pan and bake until the cake is cooked all the way through.
  3. Once the cake is cool, crumble up about a cup of it, and pour into a mixing bowl. Add your Greek yogurt and stir together until the cake is covered in the Yogurt.
  4. Press the batter into popsicle molds. Place in the freezer.
  5. Once the Popsicles are frozen, dip them in your melted white chocolate.
  6. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
