Lemon Cake Pops
My kids saw cake pops at the store the other day and immediately said a one in one. I told him I can make it better at home! we used a lemon cake mix for this recipe, however, a vanilla cake mix would work perfect perfectly and is the most loved by kids!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Yellow Cake Mix

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix your cake mix together just as the box says to. Pour into a cake pan and bake until the cake is cooked all the way through.
- Once the cake is cool, crumble up about a cup of it, and pour into a mixing bowl. Add your Greek yogurt and stir together until the cake is covered in the Yogurt.
- Press the batter into popsicle molds. Place in the freezer.
- Once the Popsicles are frozen, dip them in your melted white chocolate.
- Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
