Monster Protein Energy Bites!
These bites are packed with protein, wholesome & nourishing fats, and delicious flavor, but leave out the gluten, dairy, dyes, and refined sugar!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Or honey
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Coconut, Shredded
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, *
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal, *
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet, *
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Gems - Unreal, *
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients minus chocolate together until smooth. If your peanut butter isn't drippy then you may need a little more
- Then fold in chocolate chips and gems
- Roll into balls and refrigerate for 10+min for best texture and taste
- Keep stored in the fridge
Notes
Can use any seeds / add ins you wish- pumpkin seeds, dried fruit, crushed nuts, etc!
