- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
crust
- microwave crispy treat + BTR bar for 15-20 seconds.
- line the bottom of a 4â spring form pan with parchment paper, then add ~½ cup BTR mixture to the pan.
- using a shot glass or small container, press in the center to make a pie crust on the bottom & up the sides (add a little water to the mixture to help reform crust); freeze while preparing next steps.
pumpkin protein cream pie filling
- follow my directions for making cottage cheese ice-cream using vanilla protein powder, pumpkin puree, melted marshmallows, & pumpkin pie spice.
- add ~1 cup pumpkin protein cream pie filling to crust
- freeze for at least 30 minutes before adding next layer.
maple whipped cream
- follow my instructions for making protein whipped cream & add maple extract.
- once cream pie filling is set, add ~Ÿ-½ cup maple whipped cream on top.
- freeze for at least 6-8 hours, then pop out of spring form pans, slice, & enjoy! (keep stored in the freezer).
