Oven Beef Jerky
This is the absolute easiest beef jerky recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef Loin, Porterhouse Steak, I buy the thin sliced beef loin from Costco!
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 175 F and add an oven-safe rack to a baking sheet.
- Season the beef well on both sides and evenly space on an even layer on the rack.
- Dehydrate in the oven for 4.5-5 hours (depending on the thinness of the beef, it will vary), and flip halfway through.
- Once crisp, store in the fridge and enjoy!
Notes
You can also marinate the beef is coconut aminos, but keep in mind that it will be saltier, so adjust the salt to taste.
