Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 F and add an oven-safe rack to a baking sheet.
  2. Season the beef well on both sides and evenly space on an even layer on the rack.
  3. Dehydrate in the oven for 4.5-5 hours (depending on the thinness of the beef, it will vary), and flip halfway through.
  4. Once crisp, store in the fridge and enjoy!

Notes

You can also marinate the beef is coconut aminos, but keep in mind that it will be saltier, so adjust the salt to taste.
