Peach Gummy Rings!
Easy, dye free, and made with just a few real food ingredients. These are just like your childhood favorite! Can be made in a optional sour coating, too! I used these mini donut molds for the rings!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Peaches
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Lemon Juice, *
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Grass Fed Gelatin
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cherry Syrup, Organic (Wäbry brand)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Peel your peaches and then blend them into a puree
- Place that purée on stovetop over low heat until just starting to bubble
- Meanwhile, whisk lemon juice and gelatin together in a bowl. After a couple minutes it will thicken into a gelatin bloom
- Once your peach puree is bubbling, add the gelatin bloom and whisk until fully dissolved
- Pour half that mixture into a bowl and add your cherry syrup
- Use two droppers to fill your ring / mini donut molds simultaneously with peach and cherry mixture
- Place in the fridge for an hour then remove from the mold and enjoy as is, or
- For sour mixture
- Coat in vitamin c powder, dusting off excess
- *if you know you don't want sour version you can use lemonade or orange juice instead of a tart lemon juice
