peanut butter chocolate chip banana protein cookie
another delicious protein packed sweet treat that'll satisfy your sweet tooth & keep that blood sugar stable!
Ingredients
- 222 Banana, ripe
- 222 Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter, or sub any nut or seed butter
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup One Degree Organic Oats
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Hemp Hearts
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Be Well by Kelly), 2 scoops
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt, for topping

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- in a bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, extract, & peanut butter.
- add oats, hemp hearts, & protein powder to liquid mixture & mix.
- fold in chocolate chips.
- scoop out cookies using a small or large cookie scoop, then top with flaky sea salt.
- bake for 13-15 minutes.
- once done cooking, option to use a round object to get cookies into more of a circle shape.
- allow to cool & enjoy!
