Pickle Lemonade
I promise - if you like pickles and you like lemonade, then you'll love this refreshing, tasty and easy-t0-make lemonade. If you don't like pickles, I still recommend trying it because the pickle flavor from the juice is mild. As your health coach, I'm also here to remind you that pickle juice contains electrolytes and has gut health benefits, so this is perfect to sip on through the summer!
I served this lemonade in my new 16oz unbreakable mason jars which have been amazing for summer - I don't have to worry about any mess if they fall on our deck or by the pool!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Ice Water
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dill Pickle Juice

- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Dill Pickle Spears
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Lemon, slices

- 4 sprigs4 sprigs4 sprigs Dill, Fresh

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a small sauce pan, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water over medium heat until the simmer starts to simmer.
- In a pitcher, combine sugar mixture, 3 cups of cold water, lemon juice and pickle juice.
- Give it a little stir.
- Store in fridge until you're ready to serve.
- You can top with pickles, lemon and/or dill to make it pretty!
- Enjoy!
