Pigs in a Blanket (gluten and dairy free) (Edit recipe)

Pigs in a blanket are a must for some football Sunday!

Cleaned up from the version I grew up on, but still totally delicious!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make bread dough according to instructions & place in fridge for 30 minutes to chill
  2. Cut hot dogs into thirds and cook 5-6 minutes. Can lightly sauté or place in boiling water
  3. Roll dough as thin as possible without breaking and cut into strips. I find it easiest to handle dough with some flour on my hands
  4. Roll the hot dog thirds into the dough strips and brush each with egg wash, then sprinkle sea salt and EBS, or seasoning of choice
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min, or until golden brown
  6. Serve with some spicy brown mustard 🔥

Notes

*I like Force of Nature or Teton Waters brands for 100% grass fed / grass finished beef hot dogs
