Piña Colada Mocktail
This is my take on a piña colada that is dairy-free, made with healthier ingredients, and alcohol-free but full of flavor! It's creamy and icy and perfectly ties together the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with a squeeze of tangy lime. It will take you to the tropics!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Pineapple
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, light or full fat, canned
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lime Juice, from about 1 large lime
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (Syrup)
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Coconut Extract, optional, for flavor
Process
