Pineapple Thai Pulled Pork
Don’t you just love a good slow cooker recipe? There is something to be said for placing ingredients in a slow cooker, enjoying the delicious smells through the house and then sitting down to enjoy it! This Pineapple Thai Pulled Pork is so easy and delicious! I like to serve it with one of my coleslaw recipes for a complete meal. Want it spicier, add a few jalapeños to the pot! Either way everyone will love it.
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb3 - 4 lb3 - 4 lb Pork Loin, or shoulder
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, large onion cut in 1/4" wedges
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, peeled & crushed
- 10 fl oz10 fl oz10 fl oz Pineapple Thai Dressing & Marinade (Saucy Lips)
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Canned Pineapple, slices with juice & unsweetened
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Ground Cumin

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place onions in bottom of slow cooker
- Place pork loin on top, fat side up
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with cumin
- Add garlic cloves
- Lay pineapple slices on top and around pork
- Pour pineapple juice around pork
- Pour pineapple Thai sauce over pork loin
- Cover & cook 5 hours on low or 4 hours on high
- Remove pork to rimmed sheet pan & shred
- Return to pot and mix well with juices
- Serve with pineapple slices
