Pistachio Loaf

Ingredients
Icing
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Whole Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, chopped
Loaf
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix (Jell-O)
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Granulated White Sugar

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (it's so important to wait for it to be preheated)
- Grease your loaf pan and set it aside
- To a large bowl, add sugar, eggs, and butter. Mix well
- Next, add your milk, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything
- Slowly add the flour to your bowl in batches and make sure there are no clumps in your batter
- Bake for 40-50min depending on your oven, and you'll know the loaf is ready once a toothpick is extracted from the loaf 100% clean
- For your icing; mix all ingredients in a bowl and ice the loaf once it's cooled down completely
- Top it off with your choice of garnish, and enjoy!
