do you remember those milk & cereal bars from the early 2000s? because THIS is that same nostalgia… just all grown up, protein-packed, lower sugar, & made with ingredients you can actually feel good about.

my cereal streusel protein bark starts with seven sunday’s protein cereal baked in a homemade protein toffee → topped with a creamy “milk” layer of sugar-free white chocolate → finished with a BTR cinnamon cookie × seven sunday’s oat protein streusel. it’s ICONIC. high-protein, fiber-filled, no blood sugar crash, & totally freezer-friendly — aka the kind of bark you’ll want stocked at all times.

choose your vibe:

🍓 mixed berry snickerdoodle — pure fruity milk-and-cereal bar energy

🍁 maple apple crisp — cozy vibes in every crunchy bite

nostalgia, but make it nutritious. 🥣🥛💪
