- preheat oven to 350.
- choose which variation to follow - mixed berry snickerdoodle or maple apple crisp.
- to a sheet pan, add protein cereal.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
- stir in remaining “toffee” ingredients & mix until everything is dissolved.
- pour toffee mixture over cereal, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
- remove from oven, then add white chocolate chips on top & bake for another 3-5 minutes.
- remove from oven, then using a spatula spread melted chocolate chips.
- in a food processor, combine all streusel ingredients & blitz into a fine crumble, then mix with a little bit of water to make more of a crumble.
- sprinkle streusel on top & lightly press in.
- allow to cool, then place in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes before breaking into bark pieces.
