Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add the oil, onions, and garlic to a Dutch oven or a soup pot.  Sauté over medium low heat until the onions are translucent.   
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and carefully stir to avoid breaking the beans.  Bring to a simmer. 
  3. Simmer on low for 40 minutes. 
  4. Serve the chili with your favorite toppings!  Sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, tortilla chips, etc. 
  5. ENJOY!
