Pulled Pork Chili

- 666 Garlic, Cloves, Minced

- 18 oz18 oz18 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Green Chiles, Fire Roasted, Regular Green Chiles work well too
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Kidney Beans
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Great Northern Beans, Canned
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Beef Bone Broth

- Add the oil, onions, and garlic to a Dutch oven or a soup pot. Sauté over medium low heat until the onions are translucent.
- Add the remaining ingredients and carefully stir to avoid breaking the beans. Bring to a simmer.
- Simmer on low for 40 minutes.
- Serve the chili with your favorite toppings! Sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, tortilla chips, etc.
