These no bake pumpkin chocolate chip bars are filled with protein thanks to the chickpeas and protein powder (this one is what I used in this recipe and it truly takes it to the next level - discount applied through link) and they make for a great snack! Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a food processor, process everything up until the chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. Line a loaf pan or 8x8 pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  3. Place in the freezer to set (around 15-20 min) and cut into slices. You can store in the freezer (thaw for a few minutes before eating) or the fridge (for a softer texture).
