Quick and Simple Caesar Pasta Salad
The easiest caesar pasta salad recipe you will find. Five ingredients is all it takes to make yourself this show-stopping salad.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Rotini, pasta of choice (preferred or fusilli)
- 1 head1 head1 head Romaine Lettuce, rinsed then chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Croutons
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Parmesan Cheese, (shaved or grated)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Caesar Dressing - Primal Kitchen, (to taste)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then cook the desired pasta to al dente. Strain, then set aside.
- Chop a head of romaine lettuce, rinse and pay dry.
- Add the romaine lettuce, pasta, croutons, and parmesan cheese to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the caesar dressing on top, then mix thoroughly with large mixing spoons.
