Oven Baked Creamy Herb Salmon (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free)
Perfect for Easter Brunch, a weekend dinner party, or even a quick weeknight family meal, this easy and delicious, 3-ingredient salmon dish is prepped and on the table in 30 minutes or less.
Ingredients
- 2.25 lb2.25 lb2.25 lb Wild Caught Salmon Filet, Whole filet, skin-on; patted dry with paper towels
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Vegan Mayo, Egg-free Mayonnaise
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Primal Palate Super Gyro Seasoning
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lemon, Each sliced into quarters for a total of 8 wedges
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with nonstick spray. Place salmon fillet, skin side-down, on foil.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over salmon.
- Evenly sprinkle super gyro seasoning over mayonnaise.
- Bake on middle rack of oven for 17-23 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon and your desired level of doneness.
- Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 8.
Notes
Delicious served with roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables or over a salad, using the lemon wedges and some olive oil as the salad dressing.
