Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with nonstick spray. Place salmon fillet, skin side-down, on foil.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over salmon.
  3. Evenly sprinkle super gyro seasoning over mayonnaise.
  4. Bake on middle rack of oven for 17-23 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon and your desired level of doneness.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 8.
