- 0.5 - 1 lb0.5 - 1 lb0.5 - 1 lb Lobster, or any pre-cooked seafood - shrimp, scallops, etc,
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, or half & half
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour, mixed in 1-2 T of water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large dutch oven, cook bacon until crisp.
- remove from pan, then saute onions & carrots until tender.
- add in potatoes & corn; lightly saute.
- add in broth, clam juice, seafood seasoning, & cooked seafood of choice.
- simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
- add in cream, starch slurry, & clams; simmer on low until starts to thicken (don’t overcook!)
- garnish with crispy bacon, herbs, crackers, etc.
