Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, add in 3 large cups of spring mix greens. Then, add in cubed avocado.
  2. Thinly slice a radish and rinse one cup of blueberries, then add to the salad mix.
  3. Last, chop asparagus and add to the salad.
  4. In a measuring cup, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon, and a few cracks of fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine then drizzle onto the salad, tossing with tongs to combine.
