- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, To Taste
- 4 lb4 lb4 lb Beef Short Ribs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add the bone broth, coconut aminos, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Add half of the veggies to the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the ribs, top with veggies, and pour liquid on top. Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 8 – 9 hours.
- Serve with horseradish or horseradish aioli.
