Marshmallow Protein Bars
You've never had a protein bar like this before! Made from a high protein marshmallow filling, these bars contain 10 grams of protein each and are made with no refined sugars.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Milk, I used Fairlife
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Premium Gelatin Powder (Unflavored) - Further Food
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 16 Tbsp16 Tbsp16 Tbsp Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto, I used entire bag

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine milk and gelatin in a small pot. Allow to "bloom".
- Heat mixture over low heat and whisk frequently, until mixture becomes liquid.
- Allow mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Add protein powder to milk, then beat on high until mixture becomes fluffy. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a lined 8x8 pan. Chill for 10 minutes or until firm.
- Slice marshmallow into 10 bars.
- Melt chocolate & dip each bar to cover completely. Chill until chocolate is hardened.
