Spicy Fusilli Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Lottie's Calabrian Ground Pork Sausage
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Fusilli Pasta, (we LOVE Zelli and this shape is so fun)
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Tomato Sauce, your favorite (see notes)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, optional, for garnish
- fresh Basil, optional, for garnish

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the Lottie’s Calabrian sausage.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, breaking up the ground sausage as you go.
- While sausage is cooking, boil water for pasta. Season with 1 tsp of salt.
- Cook pasta as the box instructs (Zelli noodles don't take long) and drain water.
- Once the sausage is cooked through, drain excess grease & oil and return to pan. Add your favorite 🍅 sauce and mix together on low-medium heat until warmed through.
- Add in the drained pasta and top with parmesan cheese (optional chopped basil as a topping to serve).
- Enjoy!!
