Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, add avocado oil, garlic, and ginger. Saute for about 1 minute, occasionally stirring to keep the mixture from burning.
  2. Add the ground pork and chop it into small pieces. Continue cooking until the pork is fully cooked and no pink remains. If you have a large amount of excess fat in the pan, drain the fat.
  3. Add the asparagus pieces, coconut aminos, crushed red pepper, sesame oil, fish sauce, and rice vinegar.
  4. Stir together and cook until the asparagus is soft about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
