Spinach Artichoke Dip
Gear up for sunday football with the goat snack: spinach dip. This homemade spinach artichoke dip is the perfect crowd pleaser, not to mention it tastes absolutely fantastic. Add some fresh cut veggies and a bag of scoops, and you are ready for kickoff (or the commercials).
Ingredients
- 111 Shallot, minced
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Sour Cream
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, softened
- Salt

- Black Pepper

- In a large pan, pour in a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the shallot and onion until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chopped spinach and artichokes. Let simmer and cook for 3 minutes and add in the sour cream and cream cheese.
- Continue to cook and whisk until the cream cheese melts into the spinach.
- Add in the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk on a low flame and continue to stir until all ingredients are combined, an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with chips or fresh cut vegetables.
