Strawberry Biscoff overnight oats
A delicious filling high protein breakfast that satisfies those sweet cravings and leaves you full until lunch!
Ingredients
Oats base
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Oats, Rolled
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

- 180 ml180 ml180 ml Water
Biscoff sauce
- 12 grams12 grams12 grams Biscoff Cookie Butter - Lotus Biscoff
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Water, Warm
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Almond Milk
Toppings
- 100 grams100 grams100 grams Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Strawberries, Diced
- 6 grams6 grams6 grams Biscoff Classic Cookies - Lotus Biscoff, Crushed ( 1 cookie )
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and water. Stir well until everything is mixed evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to thicken.
- In a small bowl, combine Biscoff spread with warm water and milk. Stir until smooth and pourable.
- Once the oat base has thickened, give it a good stir. Top with vanilla YoPro, diced strawberries, the Biscoff drizzle, and finish with a crushed Biscoff cookie.
