Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a muffin pan with eight paper liners.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour about 2/3 of the melted chocolate into the bottoms of the paper liners. Brush chocolate about halfway up the sides. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of SunButter into each chocolate cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of strawberry jam to each cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread the remaining melted chocolate on top. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to a month. The filling will stay creamy in the fridge, and it will firm up in the freezer.
