Strawberry Chocolate SunButter Cups
These homemade SunButter cups with strawberry jam are the perfect nut free and dairy free treat! It only takes 4 ingredients to make this fun and healthier twist on Reese's cups.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Sunbutter, creamy, or nut butter of choice
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Strawberry Fruit Spread, homemade or store bought

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a muffin pan with eight paper liners.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour about 2/3 of the melted chocolate into the bottoms of the paper liners. Brush chocolate about halfway up the sides. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 teaspoons of SunButter into each chocolate cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Add 2 teaspoons of strawberry jam to each cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Spread the remaining melted chocolate on top. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to a month. The filling will stay creamy in the fridge, and it will firm up in the freezer.
