Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Make Chocolate Lettering
  2. Melt chocolate and snip a small hole in a bag or pipe with a tiny tool
  3. Place melted chocolate in bag and pipe in "love" "xoxo" or heart outline on wax or parchment paper
  4. Place in the freezer until ready to use
  5. 2. Make Strawberry Puree
  6. Process slightly thawed frozen 🍓and water together until smooth
  7. Place in stovetop and allow to reduce for 10-15 minutes
  8. Place that mixture in the fridge until no longer hot
  9. 3. Make cupcakes
  10. -Whisk dry ingredients together in 1 bowl
  11. -Beat egg whites, and add in 1/4 cup sugar beating until foamy in a 2nd bowl
  12. -In a 3rd bowl beat butter until smooth, then add remaining 1/2 cup sugar and beat
  13. -slowly add in strawberry purée and dry ingredients into the butter bowl, beating continuously
  14. -add in extracts and milk, and mix
  15. -add in egg white mixture and beat until smooth
  16. -pour into 9 cupcake liners and bake at 350 for 17-18 minutes
  17. -cool completely
  18. 4. Make frosting
  19. Process all ingredients until smooth. Place in piping bag
  20. Frost your cupcakes, decorate with natural sprinkles, peel your chocolate lettering off your wax paper, and enjoy!

Can keep this dairy free by using Vegan butter and a dairy free full fat milk
