Strawberry Matcha Overnight Weetbix
This is my spin on the viral strawberry matcha! It is the perfect easy breakfast to satisfy your sweet tooth and only needs 4 ingredients to make.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Weetabix, crushed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Soy Milk, any milk works fine - I try to opt for one’s fortified with calcium for good bone health
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Yogurt, I use strawberry flavour - or use regular yogurt mixed with chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine weetbix and milk in a bowl.
- Evenly spread strawberry yogurt over the weetbix.
- Sift matcha powder on top. Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 15 mins if you are short on time). Enjoy!
