Strawberry Shortcake Ice-Cream Bars

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Freeze Dried Strawberries
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), organic
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Whole Milk, grass fed
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dairy-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (click for recipe)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pascha 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Puffed Rice, organic cereal or vanilla flavored cookies
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Freeze Dried Strawberries

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, blend freeze dried strawberries.
- Add in heavy whipping cream, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until combined.
- Evenly divide the mix between 6-8 popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- To make the magic shell, melt the white chocolate and avocado oil together on stovetop. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the freeze dried strawberries and puff cereal to a blender or ziplock bag. Crush into fine crumbs, then place onto a plate.
- Remove the pops from the freezer, coat in white chocolate, then roll through the strawberry crumbs. Eat or store in the freezer until ready to eat!
Notes
Dairy-free subs:
- Coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream.
- Milk can be replaced with any nut milk.
