- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, not in oil & chopped
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole fresh Basil, leaves or 1 tsp dried
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cayenne Pepper, optional

- Mix all burger ingredients in a bowl
- Form into 4 patties
- Cook on oiled grill or pan 5 minutes per side or till cooked through
- For sauce, blend all ingredients in high speed blender till smooth
