Superfood Pecan Butter Bliss Balls
These nutrient-dense, vegan protein balls are such a delicious snack to keep on hand! They are filled with healthy fats and proteins to keep you full for long periods of time. The recipe is super simple, no-bake, and takes just a few minutes to prepare. The roasted pecan flavor of our Pecan Butter pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate and coconut flakes. Ingredients
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Pecan Butter, (one jar)
- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Rolled Oats, (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, (we used Lily's Chocolate Chips which are sugar free)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Whole Flax Seed
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Honey, or Maple Syrup

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Stir dry ingredients together. Then add the pecan butter and stir. If you want to add a touch of honey or maple syrup to naturally sweeten, this can be done now. Refrigerate and then roll into balls. Garnish with shredded coconut, chocolate chips or chopped pecans. Store in airtight container or storage bag. Keep frozen for longer shelf life or simply refrigerate and ENJOY!
