- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pineapple Habanero Jam - Profanity Jam
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sesame Oil
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pineapple habanero jam, pineapple juice, olive oil, coconut aminos, fish sauce, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Cube the chicken breast into even pieces and add to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
