Sweet & Tangy Cottage Cheese Bowls
Can we even call this a recipe? Probably not, but ideas like this can be so helpful when finding new ways to enjoy different foods. Mango is officially in season and I can't get enough. This is one of my favorite combinations for cottage cheese! I eat this for breakfast or a snack, and all the protein tends to keep me satisfied.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Mango
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Tajin, or to taste
Process

- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
- Add cottage cheese, mango and tajin to a bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Enjoy!
