Sweet & Tangy Cottage Cheese Bowls (Edit recipe)

Can we even call this a recipe? Probably not, but ideas like this can be so helpful when finding new ways to enjoy different foods. Mango is officially in season and I can't get enough. This is one of my favorite combinations for cottage cheese! I eat this for breakfast or a snack, and all the protein tends to keep me satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 whole Mango
  • 0.5 Tbsp Tajin, or to taste

Process

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
  2. Add cottage cheese, mango and tajin to a bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Enjoy!
