One Pan Steak Fried Rice
Why buy it when you can make it?! We absolutely love fried rice, but making it at home is simple, and you can control how much sodium and ingredients goes into it. I added extra protein and veggies to this by doubling the amount of steak you'd normally add to a rice dish like this, adding 3 eggs instead of 2, and using a whole bag of frozen veggies. I also used a little bit of low sodium soy sauce and supplemented the rest with a japanese bbq sauce for extra flavor. SO easy, delicious and better-for-you!

Notes
Some other fun flavors you can use in this is oyster sauce, chili sauce, sriracha and hot sauce. We like to add the hot sauce when we serve our rice since my husband likes it a little spicier than me. But make it how you like it!
