Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Process

- Add the unsweetened shredded coconut to a small to medium pot.
- Place the pot over medium heat and toast the coconut until it starts turning golden brown and becomes fragrant.

- Allow the mixture to maintain a simmer for 4 minutes.

- Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
