Raspberry Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
Process

- Add all of the ingredients to a small pot – water, sugar, raspberries.
- Place the pot over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

- Remove the pot from the heat and strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof container to catch any raspberry seeds and bits.
- Store the syrup in a heatproof container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
