Turmeric Egg Salad
This is a delicious twist on the traditional egg salad. I love this as an easy lunch that I can prep ahead of time!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs, Hard boiled
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Celery, Chopped
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Paprika
Process

- Chop eggs and celery into bite sized pieces
- Add to a bowl along with mayo, mustard and spices
- Mix well
- Enjoy with crackers, potato chips, on a sandwich, or in lettuce wraps!
