  1. Start off by tenderizing your veal with the flat side of a mallet.
  2. Place your veal in the flour and coat it well so the eggs can adhere to the meat.
  3. Place your floured veal in the egg, then Bread crumbs that are seasoned.
  4. This is where you will get your flavour from. Once breaded, set your veal aside.
  5. In a skillet, add your oil in.
  6. Place your veal in your hot oil and cook for 1 min on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Place on a wire rack to drain some of the excess oil. In a baking dish, put sauce in first so the veal won’t stick to the bottom.
  8. Place veal in, then More sauce and your cheese. Depending on how many cutlets you make, you can layer it like a lasagna.
  9. Then top with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover with foil & Place in the oven at 375F on fan bake setting for 20-25 mins.
  11. After the 20-25 mins, remove the foil and broil your your cutlets for 3-5 mins.
  12. Remove from the oven and cool for 5-10 mins. Serve and enjoy!
