Viral Dubai Chocolate Shell Yoghurt
this one’s gone viral for a reason. inspired by the dubai chocolate trend, this yoghurt bowl is creamy, chocolatey, and topped with the perfect pistachio crunch.
made with just a few simple ingredients, it takes minutes to throw together and tastes like a full-on dessert—with none of the effort. sweet, snappy, nutty, and secretly high-protein… it’s the kind of snack you’ll be making on repeat!
Ingredients
- 160 grams160 grams160 grams Vanilla Yogurt, I used a YoPRO 160g tub
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional
- 0.5 pieces0.5 pieces0.5 pieces Shredded Wheat - Uncle Toby's, crushed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pistachio Cream
- 20 grams20 grams20 grams Dark Chocolate, roughly 2 tbsp, melted
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pistachios, Raw, chopped
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- combine yoghurt, cocoa powder and maple syrup in a bowl.
- mix together the crushed shredded wheat biscuit and pistachio spread. when combined, spread over yoghurt.
- melt dark chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals on low. spread evenly over pistachio layer.
- sprinkle pistachios over melted chocolate. place in fridge until set and enjoy!
