Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Melt your butter and chocolate on low heat. Make sure to continuously stir to avoid it from separating.
  2. Once melted, set aside to slightly cool. In a bowl, add your dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl add your room temp eggs and sugar.
  4. Whisk vigorously for 1 mins until light and slightly frothy.
  5. Whisk in your slightly cooked chocolate mixture until combined.
  6. Sift in your dry ingredients to avoid lumps. Fold until combined.
  7. Optionally, you can add in chocolate chips or walnuts for more texture. Bake at 350F for 25-27 mins.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3-6 hours or overnight.
  9. Slice into your desired size square with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
