This Watermelon Cucumber Feta Mint Salad is refreshing, delicious, easy and needs only 5 ingredients. It's a side, snack, salad and fruit bowl all-in-one. It comes together quickly and also disappears quickly, so you might want to double or triple this recipe. I promise, you will be making this one on repeat this summer! If you are on a Whole30, skip the feta. For dairy-free or vegan, either skip the feta or swap it with vegan feta.

Notes

If you can't find or don't have Chaat Masala, some ground cumin makes a good substitute. Likewise, feel free to substitute Black Salt (Kala Namak) with some good quality Himalayan Pink Salt. A sprinkle of Tajin seasoning is also a great addition if you want a tangy spicy kick.
