Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Watermelon
- 12 cups12 cups12 cups Blackberries, assortment of fruit: I used watermelon, melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, orange, grapes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice a small section off the bottom of watermelon so it sits flat.
- Draw the Jack-O-Lantern face on watermelon with a crayon or pencil. Carve with a sharp knife. Make sure mouth is big enough so you can cut out and dice some of the watermelon to serve.
- Prepare and chop chosen fruit selection. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, place watermelon on a large plate with enough room to display fruit or a small one like I did with a separate plate for fruit. Make sure to place soft fruits like berries on top so they don’t get mushy and soggy!
